描述：The Sam.G4 antibody reacts with murine integrin alpha2 chain (CD49b), that is part of the integrin alpha2 beta1 complex known as VLA-2, a receptor for collagen and laminin, expressed on platelets, epithelial cells, and activated lymphocytes. Clone Sam.G4 can block integrin alpha2 beta1 binding to collagen.

制備和儲(chǔ)存：

The antibody was purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant by Protein G-Sepharose chromatography. Stable for six months from date of shipment when stored at 4°C. Aliquots can be stored at -20°C for at least on e year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
