Propagation	The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X medium available in ABM, Cat. No. TM0123. This media is complete with all the supplements optimized for hepatic cell growth. Atmosphere: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO₂), 5%. These cells do not proliferate in vitro .
