Propagation	The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow II medium available in abm, Cat. No. TM002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum, 1mM MEM sodium pyruvate, 50uM 2-mercaptoethanol, 1X Hybridoma Fusion and Cloning Supplement (HFCS, Roche 11363735001) and Penicillin/Streptomycin (G255). Add HFCS fresh. Atmosphere: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO₂), 5%. The Bovine Primary Lymphocytes do not proliferate in vitro , but can survive in culture for a few days.
