Description	The Mouse Primary Neural Stem Cells are in undifferentiated proliferative state and can be differentiated into neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. These cells need to be culture on non-tissue culture treated dishes and can be passaged 1-2 passages before differentiation.

Propagation	The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X series medium available in ABM, Cat. No. TM4173. Atmosphere: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO₂), 5%.
